It is quite common that they either hire a new staff in that town or take their employees along. The first question you need to consider is considering what the cost of living is in the new town that you will be moving to. The second question you need to think about is what the quality of life like there is for your kids and pets, and finally, what are the job opportunities for your spouse? remember its not only you that needs to make that transition and it generally will not be an easy one.
If you feel excited about the opportunity then this will be a good thing for you. When you like something then transition will be easier. If you don’t have a spouse or kids to worry about then the process is even easier. You may even decide to make a change all on your own and relocate to a new city from within your company.

You must pick up your family, find a home, find schools for your children and move to a strange place.
